Meet Sarah S. Brown

Sarah S. Brown is a Christian author and speaker who helps women overcome life’s hardest seasons by anchoring their identity in Christ so they can emerge with renewed confidence and purpose.

A former teacher and freelance writer, Sarah has written for Franklin Lifestyle, contributed to the book Hope for the Holidays, and created over twenty resource kits for Christian music publishers. She was named a Woman of Influence by the Nashville Business Journal and continues to support women through writing, workshops, and heartfelt messages of hope.

Her upcoming book, Even the Ashes Bloom, invites readers on a faith-filled journey from brokenness to spiritual renewal, helping women trade perfectionism for peace and shame for freedom.

Sarah lives in Tennessee with her husband and two boys. She believes strong coffee and shared stories can change the world—especially when they remind us of the God who makes even the ashes bloom.

Even the Ashes Bloom: Finding Beauty When You Feel Broken

For years, I viewed my life through the lens of brokenness—grief, shame, and shattered dreams. But God was never absent from my story. In fact, He was in every detail. From the deepest valleys to the slow climb toward healing, He was gently reshaping me, redeeming what felt lost.

This book is a faith-filled journey of healing through the broken places–through seasons of grief, shame, disappointment, and transformation—revealing how God meets us in the mess, the wilderness, and even the ashes.

Stories of Good Grief, Volume 2

I have had the honor of serving as a contributing author for the upcoming book, Stories of Good Grief, Volume 2, set to release November of this year. More details coming soon, but in the meantime you can check out Stories of Good Grief, Volume 1 on Amazon.

A Year of Hope

My publisher, hope*books, is releasing a collaborative devotional book entitled, A Year of Hope. I will be contributing one devotion to the book alongside some incredible authors and fellow hope*writers. I look forward to sharing more with you about this project as it becomes available.
